My Approach
Tech really works... until it doesn’t. And sometimes you just want to talk to another human about it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been frustrated by my own tech and not know what to do or who I could reach out to.
Just taking the time to slow down and troubleshoot a little can solve many tech problems. Sometimes talking it out helps, which is where Your Tech Support Buddy comes in. You don’t have to fix these problems alone (or with Google).
